Using the nutrition and fitness tracker (or just a good old fashioned pen and paper!) take a little time to plan what you will eat the following day.

I find I can be forgetful when filling it in at the end of the day and found that doing it this way helps me to take into account what foods are in the house and come up with a healthy plan which I then STICK TO.

Quite a break-through!
