I realized that I am not here JUST to lose weight, but to be a healthier (and better) person! This change takes mental strength, much more than the physical aspect (working out). Without the mental strength, the motivation will fade.

Having a positive mental attitude when taking on a challenge such as weight loss makes everything a whole lot clearer in the long run. If you stay positive you will find this challenge much easier in the long run.
