Grind pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds together and if not allergic to nuts, add walnuts, almonds to the seeds mix and grind to a powder, not too fine. I then use this super food powder as a topping on bagel/cream cheese, sprinkle it on salad, add to oatmeal/quinoa porridge, on toasted bread, add to a glass of milk with honey... These seeds have lots of minerals, proteins and good fats The good fat and the proteins helps to curb hunger while providing wonderful nutrients emoticon
