For you young ladies in your early twenties/thirties, start writing down all the dates in your menstral cycle, both for menstration and for ovulation. That way you and your doctor will be able to tell when/if something goes wrong. Plus, you'll be able to tell when you are starting to hit the perimenopause years. If you havent noticed, every time you visit your doctor, no matter for what, they always ask you when the date of your last period was. Now you can tell them without guessing.
