I ride my bike, i roller skate, and speed walk, sometimes i just window shop for a couple of hours on Rice street, make your exercising fun, walk the mall, walk somewhere while your washing. there are tons of things you can use as exercise.

Cutting out salt will actually increase your chance of heart disease and fat retention and slower metabolism, among other things. I used to do no salt than did some research and now eat a lot of salt. (see additional note for women)

For women... Once I added a significant amount of salt back into my plan, I no longer get any water retention at that time of the month, none. All my life I always gained like 5 lbs in water weight and now that I eat a Tbsp a day, I have NO water retention, ever.
