Eggplant is low in calories and high in fiber & magnesium & potassium. Good for diabetic and dieters alike because of it's high water content. A great Diuretic! Has antioxidants too! Try eggplant parm, eggplant stew, and some people add eggplant to their salads. Use slices as mini pizza crusts or add eggplant to spaghetti, use grilled as a side or in a sandwich. SO many things to do with eggplant and stay skinny!

Start with 2 oz. of pure unsweetened cranberry juice...the kind you get in the healthy food section at the grocery store. The ingredients will say cranberry juice and water...nothing more. Absolutely No high fructose corn syrup a Next, you add 4 to 6 oz's of spring water and at least a tablespoon of lemon, plus 1 to 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar. You can add stevia if you like....It's wonderful for cleansing the liver, kidney's and really it's just plain good for you.
and it's an excellent diuretic as well.
