Calcium food sources: Fat-free milk and low-fat dairy, spinach, kale, broccoli, and white beans. Vitamin D food Sources: Salmon and sardines, fortified Milk, a vitamin D supplement, eggs Omega 3 Food Source: Flaxseeds, winter squash, wild salmon, shrimp, tuna, collard greens. Fiber: Eat more fruit & veggies & Take a fiber supplement.

When the kids are constantly fighting and won't listen, take them outside and lead them on a run around the yard/ neighborhood. You can race them or you can do a running follow the leader game. It wears them out and stops the fighting. Plus you get a workout in. I have four kids and they stressed me out so this is what I started to do to handle it.
