Vitamin D food Sources: Salmon and sardines, fortified Milk, a vitamin D supplement, eggs Omega 3 Food Source: Flaxseeds, winter squash, wild salmon, shrimp, tuna, collard greens. Fiber: Eat more fruit & veggies & Take a fiber supplement.
