Eating high fat foods puts you at risk for heart disease
If your diabetes doctor has not told you, those with diabetes are at an increased risk of heart disease. Eating high fat foods puts you at a greater disavantage. Eat fish like tuna and salmon 2X a week. Baked goods are loaded with sugar, sodium, junky white flour & tons of preservatives so bake your own with Almond Meal Flour or white bean flour. Stay away from bacon..chose canadian bacon instead and eat only rarely.
