Ice Cream

This Sparked Me!

I am an ice cram a hillier. No matter what flavor it is I love it. With the exception of black liquorice. That could be how I put on so much weight. Ice cream and a lot of medications. The I discovered Skinny Cow. Skinny Cow is the Dieters dream. It comes in many flavors and my favorite is chocolate truffle. emoticon

I use to be able to polish off a pint of Haagen Dazs in a short period of time. And that is 240 calories for 1/2 cup. Skinny cow is 100 calories per bar and is much more satisfying. Give it a try and you will thank me. Oh and as far as I know there is no fake sugar.

We love the skinny cow box at Sam's club- 1/2 vanilla sandwiches & 1/2 cookies n cream.
Of course checking calories spent to be allowed a skinny cow is a good reason to go easy o calories through out the day! emoticon

It is wise to check out the ice cream section of your local grocery store. Our store has a brand, "Food Club" and there is an ice cream, no sugar added and low fat, that is really delicious! My favorite is the "almond" which has lots of almond bits! YUM!

I love the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. They are easy to eat right after a dreaded work out session.

I love Skinny Cow too! My husband and I just finished our Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. They have a new flavor with one vanilla cookie and one chocolate and the ice cream is chocolate and vanilla swirl! Yum, the cookie part makes it for me!

I'm wondering why more foods aren't made with Stevia yet. It's a natural sweetener and you can cook with it. It seems like the perfect alternative to not having corn syrup or artificial sweetener. I just bought it at the store the other day and it's just like sugar, but comes from the Stevia leaf. I'm looking online now for some iced tea and lemonade mixes that either aren't sweetened & I can add Stevia or ones with stevia already.
