I am realizing that we need to take one day at a time to lose the weight. Slow and steady wins the race. Don't look at the big picture but look at the small brush strokes that make up the picture!

Slow and Steady is the name of my community blog!! Taking things one day at a time is a great way to get where we're going, and then it's always great to look back and see how far we've come!!

I agree with the one day at a time. If we try to look to far ahead we can become anxious that things are not happening faster. Little steps.
