OH! I almost forgot... thinly slice about 1/2 of a large ginger root and boil in 4 to 6 cups water until slightly more than one cup remains. Strain and drain. Refridgerate in sealed container until ready to use. Add 1 Tablespoon to a cup of hot water for ginger tea, or drizzle a Tablespoon over meats and salads. (4 to 6 Tablespoons per day was recommended)
