We all are familiar with tuna in the little pouches and doesn't need to be refrigerated but I never looked at any of the other pouches that were available. I love salmon and there are times where I can just tell I want meat or protein and I am hungry. Instead of eating a healthy snack and wanting more because I'm not satisfied or eating something outside of my calory range for a snack I grab salmon in the pouch. It's delisious an quick to grab.
Has no carbs, 17 grams of protein and only 90 calories for 2.6oz which is definietly perfect for a snack or two. This has just become my new snack equalizer. I keep getting cravings for meat/protein and half a pouch keeps me good between meals. LOVE IT!
