This Sparked Me!

Sticking with my nutrition plan - making healthier choices - has been my key to success. Making sure to get my 3 cups of veggies (total) at lunch and dinner are hard (I don't care for veggies), but I've learned they are essential in my reaching my healthier lifestyle goal.
