Record some of your favorite songs that you really enjoy. Instead of watching television just put on some music and just go for it. Often an 1/2 hour turns into 1-hour session and I feel realy good afterward. 236216

When I was using my Bodybugg, I found that I often burned more calories doing things like shopping, cleaning, running errands etc. than I did spending the whole day being sedentary at work and then hitting the gym for an hour.

Yes it is important to drink lots and lots of WATER. The best water for you is COLD water. Before you go to bed every night put a bottle of water in the freezer. When you get up it will be frozen. Then prepare your breakfast and it will have melted enough to drink.
The body has to work harder to bring the water down to body temperature thus burning more calories.
