When I started my weight loss journey I made a check list for each day. There were 3 manageable items on the checklist. 1. Drink 64 oz. of water 2. eat at least 100 cal in the am. 3. walk 10,000 steps a day. Pretty soon these became second nature and I slowly added more items to my checklist.

Water is extremely important to every bodily function! You should be drinking at least half your weight in ounces of water everyday. Drinking water, along with eating in the morning starts up your metabolism, keeps your energy up and keeps you from overeating. Get a pedometer and count your steps!

Beds made,now I can check THAT off my TO- DO LIST!
Making the bed up in the morning may sound like a silly secret,but it has made a difference in my FEELING better as to having one thing checked off the list of MY daily TO-DO list,but also I FEEL MORE ORGANIZED if I pass by one of the bedrms. and see the bed made!Plus my hubby noticed and commented on how nice it was to see the bed already made!
At the store where I shop most often, I made a quick list of what was in each aisle (some stores have printed diagrams.) On the computer, I made a list of what I normally buy ---leaving blank spaces for extras --- starting where I enter and ending at the frozen foods (where I go last.) I print out 10-12 copies at a time & post one on the refrigerator to use as a grocery list, checking the things I need. ...(click title for more)

This makes shopping much quicker. I don't get to the end of my list and realize I have to go back to the other end of the store for something I forgot.
