I mixed 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt and 2 Tbsp peanut butter with a bit of Truvia and mixed well. Add a bit of chocolate chips and it tastes just like a peanut butter cup. It is great since they are my weakness!

I crave chocolate and I recently have read an article that said consuming chocolate produces chemicals that make you feel happy. I suffer from depression but letting myself have chocolate and not feeling guilty keeps me going.

I have found a great peanut butter in my market. PB2 powdered peanut butter. Do not say "yuck" yet! It taste exactly like peanut butter once you add a small amount of water. It has 85% less fat. It is located in the same area as the regular peanut butter.
