January 2009 i decided to start a calendar to keep track of my workouts. I started slow and set my goal for at least 10 minutes a day, every day for a while. I put a smiley face on that day if i worked out. I over achieved because my goal was low. Now in 2012 I'm still keeping a calendar. I love and look forward to my workouts and they last between 30-60 minutes. I keep all of my calendars together so that i can see where I've been :) It really works for me

I really like the On track calendar. I go to the planner and list the other goals and tasks I would like to do for the day. I remove any I didn't complete from the planner leaving only those I did. This gives me an ongoing diaryy of what I have completed on my On Track Calendar
On track calendar is found in right hand column of the Start page and lists all activities you have placed on your planner.
I like to use a calendar to map out my goals, whether short-term ones or the long term one, and I use colored pencils and even stickers on it. It's just a fun visual thing to do. ( I found a web-site where you can print a calendar page for each month with very little ink, any month you want.)
(just click on "view printable calendar" at the bottom of the month you want and print)
Inspired by Keep Only One Calendar tip: I use the Calendar program on my computer (linked to my e-mail), and enter both work and personal appointments. I enter everything in my work calendar, and make sure to send a "meeting invitation" to my personal e-mail, and DH's personal and work e-mails. This way, the family calendars, DH's work and my work calendars are all synchronized. We know where we're supposed to be, and don't double book
