January 2009 i decided to start a calendar to keep track of my workouts. I started slow and set my goal for at least 10 minutes a day, every day for a while. I put a smiley face on that day if i worked out. I over achieved because my goal was low. Now in 2012 I'm still keeping a calendar. I love and look forward to my workouts and they last between 30-60 minutes. I keep all of my calendars together so that i can see where I've been :) It really works for me
