Want a fun way to exercise? Then turn on some of your favorite, upbeat tunes and get to dancing! It is an awesome way to lose weight AND it's fun. I lose track of time when I'm dancing and I love it. And if you are shy, like me, you can do it in the privacy of your own home. Great idea to do with your kids too! 386

On days that I don't have time to get in my work out before work I bring my daughter's portable dvd player and a change of clothes to work with me and exercise on my lunch break :D We have a back room that nobody ever uses so I have privacy and everything!
