I'm trying to tell myself- Food is not an experience I'm going to miss. There will alway be another piece of chocolate, another burger. I'm not mising anything by not eating it this time, but I *am* missing a lot by being too out of shape participate in the things I want to do. I would rather have those experiences than the brief pleasure of eating junk food. I don't want to substitute food for fun anymore.

When you decide to get back on track first realize that this is not a diet but a way of life. Treat your home and your body as a shrine. No junk in the house no junk in your system. Outside of your home you can reward yourself for treating your body and house with love and treat yourself to a decadent sweet or drink. Good habits start at home. You are the keeper, provider and teacher to others.43

The way I eat the best and stay away from junk food is that I clean my fridge, freezers and cabinets out and throw away or give away the junk food. I restock my kitchen with healthy food and resolve to not let myself bring the enemy/junk food back into home. Out of site/out of house, out of mind!
If you don't like grocery shopping, don't buy any junk food when you *do* shop. It takes willpower.
You'll have saved yourself from the junk calories, you won't have junk food in the house, and you won't want to go shopping to get some junk food later (unless you really want to go out just to get junk food.)
