I have found that through all the ups and downs of life the most important thing to remember, above all else, is never give up and NEVER surrender! There will be times when you are frustrated, bored, angry, or just plain tired. But if you keep moving forward you will come through stronger than before. You may not always meet every goal or lose every pound but the effort you put forth will teach you perseverance, strength, patience and that you are stronger than you think you are! 306
Losing weight is a tough journey, but one that does not happen overnight. We have to change our way of thinking, both with diet and exercise, but the important thing to remember is that you are worth all the hard work it is going to take to make these changes. So don't ever give up on yourself!
I have found that setting small daily goals keep me focused and allow me to be in control. I don't feel any apprehension at to what lies ahead of me!
