I LOVE coffee. Most people knew that if I had that "look" on my face in the morning, it meant I hadn't had my coffee. Well, come to find out, that coffee is roughly 700 calories!!!! I decided to stop drinking it because there is no way I can justify that, and I didn't want to feel like I needed it anymore. Now I feel great. I don't feel as sluggish once the sugar high wears off. I avoid the shop because it's too hard to say house coffee instead of White Chocolate Mocha.
If you need something to replace the coffee (as I did), try tea. I know it might sound boring, but there are some really great teas out there. Try Teavana Youthberry and Orange Blossom.
