I have a healthy bran muffin recipe that I just love. On a Saturday morning I'll quadruple the recipe and make 4 dozen muffins. Pop two into a sandwich bag, put all the sandwich bags into a gallon freezer bag. When I am running short of time or need a healthy snack, remove a sandwich bag. Micro for one minute or just eat it at work.
