I went to a thrift store and bought 3 inexpensive jeans, kinda tight but not to tight. When those jeans start to feel lose I take those old jeans back to the thrift store then buy another 3 kinda snug jeans. I could tell I was losing weight buy the way the jeans felt, and it makes me feel like I accomplished something. Like a game, for each pants size is a new level of weight loss and I get to go out and buy more jeans while getting to get rid of bigger ones.

After getting frustrated with different brands of women's jeans - one brand's size 16 is another brand's size 20, tall jeans are 4 inches too long, but average jeans are an inch too short - I finally gave up and went to the men's section. You can get your size, and your length, for HALF the cost of women's jeans. And they're not stretch material that will bag within a half hour of putting them on. Great for this transitional period where I'm losing weight and inches!
I've always been a gamer however being a gamer means sitting on your butt for extended amounts of time & not exercising.
So, in order to play 4 hours of Xbox 360, I have to spend 2 hours exercising, at least 3 times a week. Of course, during the semester, 2 hours of exercise = 4-6 hours of study time. Funny how that works out!

I try to snack on fruit & healthier snacks during game time whether it's on a console or gaming on the PC.
When your jeans aren't fitting don't put them in the draw for "someday" when you will loose weight. Instead leave them out as a daily reminder to keep healthy habits! Also take a pic of yourself in your favorite jeans (even if you can button) and post on your page or up in your home...it will motivate you to get back into them! How nice will it be to post a pic when you are reunited with your "skinny" jeans!
