Set your calendar to go off to give you a motivational reminder at the time of day your are the most weak. I set mind to go off at lunch. It tells me NO POP so I am not tempted to drink pop at lunch time. Make it the reminder anything you want. Maybe a motivational quote or reminder to eat healthy!

When I completed my Vision Collage, I looked at it and realized it's purpose. I am one of those people that really needs to see what the benefit is after I reach the light at the end of the tunnel. I put that collage in a place where I know that I will see it consistently throughout my day. I have a few scriptures and motivational quotes on it that end up chanting to myself throughout the day. It keeps me going!
