Along with the knowlege of the right foods that are high in nutrition, you must have a buring desire to lose weight & the belly fat! Don't eat cereal bars, they are loaded with simple sugars, instead have a good breakfast like oatmeal, or shredded wheat, kashi 7 grain puffs! Stay away from packaged or canned soup~ make homemade! Cakes, doughnuts,dinner rolls, bread, cookies, pastries are all baked with TRANS FATS, check your salad dressing for hidden sugars. Eat at the same time daily
