Especially for woman as we go through our cycle our body weight/water weight can fluctuate. But focusing on how you feel and how much more you can do and your energy level are great ways that your body gives you feedback that you are doing a good job!
Don't weight yourself more than once a week and keep consistent with the day of the week and time of day. Also track your clothing size, and inches on your waist, chest, thighs, hips, and arms.
