Thats certainly motivtating me because i want to start doing more for myself instead if other people.....working out and eating healthy will is one qay if not the only way i can fouse on me me me!

I got the wii active on March 16, 2010 and have since got the Wii active more work outs and have lost over 55 pounds using it 4 to 5 times a week
So often in the battle of the bulge we get caught up in the details - #'s on the scale, pant size, dress size, etc. All of those things are certainly important. But taking a minute to really think & reflect on what we're doing is equally important. Take a minute to smell the roses. Enjoy your journey. Don't wait until you reach the goal. There's no telling how long that will take.
