I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!!     I never knew until recently that green tea aided in weight loss, because I love it, so along with making better food choices and exercising, I will get the results I am looking for, GO GREEN TEA!!!!!!
