Carrots help nourish cells that have been starved of nutrients which result in ulcers.     I have been living with an ulcer for years now and didn't really include carrots on a regular basis in my meals. If this will help heal the ulcers, I'm surly going to use them, not just try it. Thanks! emoticon

    I knew carrots were good for vision, but was unaware about it's other nutritional qualities.
