Eating celery reduces high blood pressure & clears uric acid from painful joints. Celery also helps the kidney, has anti-cancer compounds & has has almost zero calories, plus it can neutralize acidity in the stomach. The leaves atop the celery stalk are edible and are a great source of magnesium and vitamin A, so chop up those leaves into soups, salsa, egg salads,leafy salads, juice some, or snack on celery stalks with Peanut Butter and save the leaves for other dishes.
