Most people don't like to eat alone, I know I don't but since I am single I do most of the time. Once I measure my food, I wanted to inhale it because I didn't like being alone. I keep a book or the newspaper at the table to make me savor the flavors. At work I read my e-mail on weekends, during the week I watch jeopardy. This makes me enjoy my food and leads me to eating less (you get full faster)

At 236 lbs, I had already lost a bit over 30 lbs on healthy eating alone, but I knew exercise had to be my next step.I saw the spinning classes at my gym & was honestly intimidated by them.None the less, I wanted a challenge.I trained on the ellyptical for 3 weeks until I was able to do a full hour every day on interval levels. After that 3rd week was done,I did my first spinning class.Today, I've been spinning for over a year and I have NEVER left a class without finishing."MIND OVER MATTER" :")
I have lost more weight as well as gained muscle. Spinning has given me a great cardio wokout, built my endurance level incredibly and it has amazingly reshaped my butt, thighs, hips, waist and love handles. It's my 60 minutes of euphoria...the bike, awesome music and my drive to never give up!
