Using my son and work and school as an excuse for not exercising. I have been using them too much this last 2 weeks as a way of covering for not working out. So I remind my self of the positive reasons for going to the gym and the way I feel after. I am usually able to pep talk myself back into the gym. If not I make sure I remind myself that I should have gone and try to do something in place of the exercise.

Whenever I feel bad because I've neglected my exercise regime, eaten too much etc, I take a minute to look at all the things I have done RIGHT so far as well - this motivates me to keep going, get back on track and go for that great feeling of satisfaction all over again! 30
