When your stressed and need something to help get your mind right try gardening. I like to yell and complain to my plants as I re-pot them or do my outdoor weeding and planting. The plants never complain if I yell and swear or get too rough with them. When I'm pulling up the weeds and digging in the dirt planting new seeds and bulbs or even just re-potting my old over grown plants I'm getting a great workout and relieving all that stress I started out with in the beginning.184148
Since I work fulltime and the weekdays are uber busy I make sure to get to the grocery and farmer's market on Sunday to be sure the family will have all the fruits and veggies we'll need for the week (including the fruit I'll need to take with me to work). Just love my apple a day!
