Do calisthenics during the commercial breaks when you are watching TV. The idea is to exercise intensely for the length of the break, as one would do in interval training.

Exercises: Jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.

    All I have been doing during commercials is walking. Now I will be doing as you suggest. I'm sure I will get better results. Thank you.
