I splurged on a bottle of my favorite shampoo for my gym bag. I only get to use it at the gym. Now I associate working out with the wonderful scent of my shampoo. It also encourages me to push myself: the sweatier I get, the better that shower feels afterward!
If shampoo isn't your thing, there are plenty of other ways to pamper yourself after a trip to the gym. A spritz of your favorite perfume, maybe, or special post-workout undies.

If you feel like eating a "treat" (or buying one)... save on money and calories by treating yourself in other ways...
Set your hair, rub lotion on, do your nails, give yourself a pedi, give yourself a facial, go sit in the sun for a few minutes, run a bubble bath... whatever makes you feel good or feel pretty... have at it.
By the time you are done, you won't even want that pint of ice cream or new pair of shoes :)
This can also be a good way to adopt new habits that you want to incorporate into your healthy lifestyle... I mean, who puts on as much lotion, drinks as much water or cares for him or herself enough every day?
Start sneaking in ways to be fit. Park further away from your destination and treat yourself to a little extra walk. Instead of junk food, treat yourself to something healthy and fresh as a reward. Soon, you'll want to have these healthy treats all the time.205
