Chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and 86% cocoa is good for your heart. CHOCOLATE MAKES US FEEL GOOD SIMPLY BECAUSE we are getting the nutrtion we need. Dark chocolate is more beneficial to your health, so try to eat the one with 86% cocoa. Avoid Milk Chocolate!
