You can do anything for 21 days. If you avoid all sugar and sweeteners for 21 days, you'll be surprised how your tastes will change. After 21 days you won't want all that sugar anymore, it will be WAY too sweet!
And at 15 calories per teaspoon, that's a lot of calories saved in those 21 days, too. :)

    I use to be a very heavy pop drinker and one day I went to the doctor and she told me that i needed to stop drinking it. So I quit cold turkey and that was a year ago and now I cant Stand the taste of pop. Im still working on the sweets but I think i may just quit those cold turkey as well.

    I did this with my coffee. At first, it didn't taste all that great to me without sugar. Now, I honestly can't stand sugar in coffee (or tea)...which is great since I drink it everyday! I totally agree that cutting out or at least limiting sugar makes a big difference in your taste preferences. I'd have to say it's the same with fatty foods. Once your body is no longer used to it, it definitely lets you know when you've had too much!
