You can do anything for 21 days. If you avoid all sugar and sweeteners for 21 days, you'll be surprised how your tastes will change. After 21 days you won't want all that sugar anymore, it will be WAY too sweet! And at 15 calories per teaspoon, that's a lot of calories saved in those 21 days, too. :)

I once read that it takes 21 days to form a habit. So I decided to run for 21 days in a row. I started out at only 10 minutes per day and worked up slowly. By the end of 21 days, I thought I would be excited to have a day off, but I really wanted to go running! I was addicted! If you're not into running, you could try this with walking each day, or some other form of exercise. Just take it easy since it's 21 days without a day off. It worked for me!
They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit. But I realized by day 15, those cookies everyone was eating in the office wasn't really something I wanted or desired to eat. Whatever it is you want to achieve, if you can make it 21 days without cheating or slipping, you are golden! =D
