Benefits of aerobics are weight loss or management, helps tone, increases stamina, reduces fatigue, decreases stress, and burns lots of calories. Also, meet lots of fitness buddies. No special equipment is needed. Just music and water!

I had been losing weight slowly but steadily for a few months. Then when I hit a weight loss Plateau, I really "lost it". I went on a food eating binge for an entire week, and gained 5 pounds back. I was so discouraged. Then I decided that I really needed to be held more accountable. So, I started a Weight Loss Support Group in my community. It's ten members strong and still growing. I figured that If I became a leader of a weight loss support group, I would really stay on track!
I am now back on track and losing weight again. I work out 3 times per week at the Gym. I also dancercise at home 2 days per week. This really helps to keep my metabolism "motor" lubricated and functioning at high capacity, which speeds up weight loss.
Issues cause us to run from them. The more we run, the more space we create for the same things to happen or even worse things. Stop runnuing from issues. Turn and face them. Close the gap between you and issues and get ride of them. Then, good thing can come into your life.
