Have a good shower after your workout in the morning, use a body scrubber and scrub, gently of course. My skin is soft as anything, and it seems to release toxins. I reckon it also improves circulation, the only thing is that I need another cool shower afterwards as I perspire all over again.
I have noticed a significant change in my skin, as well as losing some more weight.

Whenever I get an irrestible graving for something decadently sweet, I reach for what I have dubbed as 'Nature's Candy'.... Grapes. Yes, Grapes!! I like them ice cold, straight out of the fridge. Or, if I'm really planning ahead, slightly frozen... Low in calories, chocked full of nutritional pluses, and just as sweet as Godiva chocolate...minus the guilt. Eat up!
