I struggled the first time I joined Spark. I didn't participate so I gave up quick. The second time I opened up my profile page to the public. I joined some Spark teams. Got some I also made my Nutrition and Fitness Trackers public. WHY? To keep me accountable. Give in completely. Don't join half way. Come join us all the way.

In Alberta we have a government sponsored program called Living Well that gives you all sorts of information on healthy eating, weight loss, etc. and even a fitness assessment. My husband and I signed up for the 8-week fitness program. After it was completed, HE was the one who suggested we start going to the local gym twice a week to workout!!! That was a year ago and we're still at it.
This program has given me the inspiration to get healthy and finding SparkPeople has been the "icing" on the cake!244
