  • I'm from Texas and eat hot sauce on almost everything. I've always been told that hot sauce, picante, jalapeņos keep you from gaining weight... but, does anyone know why this works? Is there a science behind it or is it because your mouth gets so hot you just can't finish your meal? Lol - by TEXAS_KELLY
