Cheesy broccoli slaw: This is one of my favorite things to eat for lunch. I put broccoli slaw in a bowl, a little bit of water, and cover with a paper towel. Then I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. I then put 2 blocks of Laughing Cow Light Swiss, and one serving of fat free shredded cheese. Put in the microwave for one minute. Mix and enjoy!
I also like to add hot sauce, like tabasco or Chalula.
When you want chocolate try something very spicy, and I mean HOT instead. Your body's mental response to spicy foods is the same as it is with chocolate. What your body is craving is the intensity of flavor. Use Tabasco brand pepper sauce, or your favorite hot sauce on your food to pack a flavor punch for almost no calories. Your chocolate craving will pass and your body will feel much better with the protein instead of candy or sweets.
