I used to have a big motivation when it came to going to the gym. The biggest excuse was forgetting workout clothes or not having time to workout. So, I have starting packing my gym bag each evening right after I get home from work. I also went through my day and picked the best time to meet my husband at the gym. If a meeting comes up I pick another time to go to the gym.
I have a plan each day. This has help me to meet my goal to workout at least 5 days a week. 306
