MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE MAINTAINED OUR HEALTHY WEIGHTS FOR TWO YEARS NOW. WE EACH KEEP A FOOD DIARY AND WE WEIGH EVERY DAY. IF OUR WEIGHT STARTS TO CREEP UP, WE ADJUST FOOD AND/OR EXERCISE. YEP, WE DO EXERCISE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT A CLUB, WITH AEROBICS AND WEIGHTS. I HAVE FOUGHT THE WEIGHT THING SINCE MY TEENS, BUT FINALLY AT 66 I KNOW I HAVE TO STAY ON THE PROGRAM TO KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF.
