Pick 4 days at random from the whole year. Place a sticker on each of those days. Those are the days you will do something JUST FOR YOU! Read a special book, try that tea you've been saving, do nothing as you sit on the patio, try that hot yoga class, go for coffee with someone, pedicure. You don't have to spend money, but spend the time doing something for you.

I closed my eyes and spun a yearly calendar with one hand then stopped it with a finger of the other. So I got a date in February, April, June and December.

    I think this is a great idea. Though rewarding myself for 4 days a week might not be good for me maybe if I did I reduced the reward to maybe 2 days I might appreciate them more and look forward to what I might give myself next time especially when funding could end up a problem. Overall its a great idea. emoticon
