This Sparked Me!

Use the myNutrition portion of SparkPeople religiously. By inputting what I will eat that day, I stay on track more and only eat the fruits veggies and chicken/fish/potatoe I made. I don't even visit the vending machine anymore and have been able to drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. By seeing it, it's easier to achieve it.

    Seeing it in black and white left no doubt to how much I ate. Also it helped me see where I needed to more or less of a certain nutrition element.

    By logging in everything I was able to keep up with how much I ate. This kepted me from going over my goal.
