I do not have a babysitter so if I want to exercise I need to do so with my two year old in mind. I like to take walks for one hour +. I pull out the stroller, pop out the sippie cup holder and strap on the portable dvd player and off I go. My two year old is happy and now I can walk for 1 hour up to 1 1/2 hours without a fussy baby.
Walking with my dogs keeps me from getting lonely. It keeps me motivated because they need the exercise and so do I. I walk for an hour or so with one in the carriage and one walking beside me, then switch and give both equal time. Pushing the extra weight makes me work out harder, walk longer and both my babies get time with mommy! 33880
