    I think that walking is a great reliever of stress, since finding myself out of work since October, walking has been my salvation. Whilst working I would take the dogs out for a 45 minute run in the afternoons after work, but now we also go for an early morning walk for 45 minutes also. I love walking in the morning at about 5.30, it is just getting light, there is no one to bother me, and the birds are just waking up. So with two 45 minutes walks a day, I should see some movement on the scales. emoticon
