I have so many "can't wait" interruptions to my cardio workout it might take me an hour and a half to do a half hour in 3, 5 or 15 min increments. Do it anyway. 'Make a mental note of where you stop and get whoever settled down again but jump back on track again until the goal is met. Some days, I can get a half hour in without missing a beat, other times, well, it isn't going to happen as planned. that's ok. Use the time you have and consider it interval training!

The secret to my success is that when I don't feel like exercising, I DO IT ANYWAYS!!! By knowing that I will not falter on my exercise program; I can move forward everyday. Once I complete my workout; then I feel GUILT-FREE and much happier by JUST DOING IT ANYWAY.
Right now I am exercising to P90X. This program utilizes muscle confusion to reap the best results. The benefits of my secret is that I am not missing a day of the program and know that it goes hand in hand with the results. And in the end I will be a winner! 334
If staying in calorie range is the most difficult part of your journey, try setting a lower weight-loss rate so you will have a higher calorie range. Adjusting your goal from 2 lb/week to 1 lb/week makes is so you can eat approximately 500 more calories per day!
This higher range is more like maintenance, anyway!
When I don't feel like doing something, I do it anyway. I figure it won't get done any other way. 224 When you do finally get it done, you can feel proud.
Also, be flexible. It may not get done the exact way you wanted, but that's okay. There is more than one way to skin a cat, or so the saying goes. Just remember to keep up the hard work. You will see results that you can be proud of.
