One thing I do with my school kids is give them a gratitude rock at the beginning of the year & tell them that whenever they touch the rock to think of one thing that they are grateful for. Most of them keep it by their bedsides or on a prayer table. - by GYPSYJACQUELINA
  • I just recently started this. I find myself feeling more peace when I look at all the good people/circumstances that are in my life. - by RHONDACB
  • Thank you Jae for sharing this wonderful secret to success
A gratitude journal is a way to consciously call attention to the things for which we are thankful each day. By focusing on gratitude, we become aware of those things and thus create a shift in our thinking to the positive. Beautiful as always emoticon - by NJFAMILYOF5
