Use greek yogurt (which is fat free and high in protein) in place of cream, mayonnaise, and sour cream when you cook. Mix plain greek yogurt with ranch seasoning to enjoy fat free dip, and add a little skim milk to make a ranch dressing. It can be added to soups, sauces, dips, and drinks to add a little creaminess without the fat.

    I love Greek yogurt, but not all of it is fat free. Check the label. It is yummy though!

    I over do my mayonnaise all the time. I will try to stretch it out this way. I am sure I will like it. thanks.

    This is a fab tip, I bought a 500g tub of 0% yoghurt and it's made such a difference to my protein intake, hurrah!
