Grapes are my secret tip for curbing the cravings. I buy a bag of them and freeze them then when I'm feeling hungry I get a small handfull of them. Its like eating boiled sweets because they are rock hard but within a minute they defrost enough to bite. I also use them instead of icecubes in water sometimes. They water kinda swells them up so they are extra juicy when they defrost.
